Keeping something working as agreed is the plan. Changing or extending what exists is Dev on Demand, our flexible engineering hours. Building something new is a fixed-price project. You'll always know which one you're buying, and we'll tell you when a request belongs in a cheaper bucket.
Yes. Managed Web Support and Managed AI Support cover systems on your hosting, your cloud account, or your existing provider. Moving to our infrastructure is optional.
Monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. We investigate and fix under your plan's included hours and response target.
Not on hosting-inclusive plans: infrastructure and model access are included at one predictable monthly cost. If you prefer your own accounts, the support-only plans cover that too.
No. Plans are month-to-month after a three-month minimum, and your data, content, and domain are always yours. We put that in writing.
